In an attempt to manage these growing sales better, we have decided to transition to a barcoded system.  We are very excited about this change.  The main advantages will be noticed at the end of each of the sales.

Instead of sorting and handling the cards of sold items several times before tabulating the checks, cards will be scanned and sales attributed to the appropriate consignors immediately.  The use of a computer to help us with this information will allow us to calculate and write checks to our consignors much faster and with little risk of error.

When you register to partipate we will send a sheet of master barcoded tags. You will need to keep this sheet and make copies for each sale using a laser copier and cardstock. We recommend you take the master sheet to Kinko's, Quick Copy or Office Depot to have your copies made. Items with poorly copied cards with unscannable barcodes will not be accepted at the sale.

What you need to do:
If you plan to participate in a sale, fill in the form below to request barcode materials. We will send the needed barcodes in time to tag your items for Drop Off.  Your consignor number will not change, so barcodes will be used from sale to sale and the same number and barcodes can be used for both the Children’s Closet and My Sister’s Closet.
